Born in California, raised in London, lived in Italy, and now calling Seattle home after seven cities.

My wanderlust centers around food and travel. In the last few years, I’ve entered a slower era. I found beauty in staying still, making a home, and creating a space that felt curated but classic to me.

Growing up, my appreciation for food stemmed from my family. My grandfather owned a restaurant, serving up fish and chips and other British pub fare, and his passion for technique and taste left me with a great yearning for more.

He encouraged me to experiment while cooking, introducing new ingredients as I went along. I came to appreciate his tenacity for sharing his knowledge and love for cooking, which in turn led me to choose cooking as my creative outlet in life.

Founded in 2012 as The Unstocked Pantry, this space has grown beyond recipes and recommendations, and more into elevated curiosities and resources.
